The conference offered a good opportunity for participants to exchange experiences about national and international initiatives, whose objective is to support VET institutions by providing them with quality management knowledge and related ICT tools.

At present in many institutions there is no formal QM system established, or even if there is some kind of a system, significant development is needed. Based on the feedback from participants, in this context the software product of the OpenQAsS project is very much progressive, valuable, and offers considerable help in setting up and developing Quality Management Systems.

Participants of the conference experience a positive change and feel that the direction of initiatives is definitely good. They say that the topics covered were relevant and important, they liked the demonstrated software especially the Lesson Planning module and the Quality Management Toolkit. They look forward to the next steps, in fact they cannot wait to start using the software.
